Terms and conditions

It is your responsibility to review Jenna’s auto driving school terms & conditions regularly to ensure you are aware and up to date with any changes.

 

Cancellations of lessons

If you want to cancel a lesson a minimum of 48 hours‘ prior notice should be given. If 48 hours notice is not given and you cancel your lesson, therefore you will be charged the lesson price booked for. If your instructor cancels a lesson without 48 hours notice I.e. due to illness, car breaking down or if the road conditions are unsuitable/ dangerous… then the instructor will re-arrange a lesson convenient with your timing. Cancellations by you must be made either through email or text message.

Time keeping & Traffic delays

Our instructors cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic delays including road works. If that’s the case usually you’ll be contacted by phone or a msg to be informed. Where possible, our instructors will make up any lost time at the end of the current lesson or add to a future booking. Also if a lesson has started early then it will finish early too. 

Complaints

Any complaints should be made directly with your instructor in the first instance, regarding any part of your driving lessons. They will deal with it promptly, politely, send an email, call or discuss any matters arise with your instructor.

Social media

If you allow your instructor to take any pictures of you passing your driving test etc you are agreeing and giving permission for using your images on Jenna’s auto driving school website or any other social media platform for testimonial purposes.
